Use of Information Collected

Generally, the Sheriff's Department will only determine a visitor domain name if a security issue is suspected. * The type of browser and operating system you use * The date and time you visited this site * The web pages or services you accessed at this site * The web site you visited prior to coming to this web site. The information listed above is for information and statistical purposes only. The Sheriff's Department may use this information to create summary statistics used to assess highly accessed information and pages to assist in determining technical design specifications, and/or assess system performance or problem areas. Additionally, SheriffsTraining.org uses software programs for the purpose of monitoring network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
